A well balanced cocktail is like your favorite piece of music: you might know al the ingredients separately very well, but sometimes the concerted effects of all ingredients mixed well together is more than the sum of all the parts individually. Cocktail culture is on the rise (again?) as evidenced by hidden cocktailbars (speakeasies), reminiscent of the Prohibition era in America. Since november 2016, Jasper Swierstra has a Master Bartending degree obtained at the Bols Bartending Academy. Do you have a special question about cocktails?
